A pass through viewing will be held Thursday April 2, 2020 at Baylous Funeral Home at 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., graveside Service will be at the New Palestine Cemetery at 11 a.m., for James “Dope” Jones, age 69, of Picayune, MS, who died March 24, 2020 in Highland Community Hospital. He was a native of Picayune, MS.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Tracy Curry and Lennie Stewart; 2 sons Vincent “Poncho”(Valisha) Jones, Tarik “Red Bone” ( Roland Ragas) Jones; 10 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Joan Davis, Rhonda Jones; 3 brothers, Webster Jones, L.J. (Marcia) Jones and W.L. (Ace) Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and relatives and friends. Preceded in death by parents L.S. and Willie Mae Jones. Baylous Funeral Home is in charge of arrangement.
